Microsoft Surface Hub On-Demand and On-Site Training Services
End-user adoption is key to the success of any technology roll-out. Users who have a clear understanding of how to use the technology will be more confident in integrating it into day-to-day activities, group meetings and collaboration.
AVI-SPL’s training for Microsoft Surface Hub provides end users the opportunity to learn the basic skill sets required to navigate and participate in group collaboration using Microsoft Surface Hub with confidence.
Online training session (1.5 hours)
Our 1.5 hour online training session provides detailed instruction that focuses on topics like:
- Schedule a meeting
- Start your session
- Have an ad hoc session
- Switch to a new meeting or session
- Use the OneNote whiteboard
- Skype for Business
- Sharing and accessing content
- Working with apps
- Resume or end your session
Half-day or full-day onsite user training events
Events consist of repeated 90-minute sessions (2 for half day and 4 for full day) to accommodate individual staff members and/or departments. In order to ensure the best learning experience, each session will be limited to 10 participants – depending on your training location.
Participants will learn the subject matter via an interactive, instructor-led presentation, followed by a proctored group-based, hands-on demonstration practice session that provides the opportunity for participants to practice using Surface Hub.
