If ensuring AV quality of service (QoS) in a network environment were easy, everyone would be a pro. But it’s not, largely because there are so many variables, and that makes ensuring QoS for networked AV systems an opportunity for integrators and consultants to differentiate themselves in clients’ eyes. Bandwidth, latency, jitter and packet loss are the biggest factors, but bandwidth often gets the most attention.
