About the presenter

Michael Frank, Biamp Systems’ mid-Atlantic regional manager, has seen the AV business from a variety of vantage points throughout his career. Prior to joining the Biamp Systems team, Michael was Crestron’s Regional Manager and Consultant Marketing Development liaison for the 14-state Midwest Region. Prior to Crestron, he was vice president of sales & marketing at Cleveland Corporate Services, a Northern Ohio integrator. Currently, he also serves our country as a lieutenant in the United States Coast Guard Reserves. Michael retains the InfoComm International CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification.
