DENVER – September 10, 2015 – AVI-SPL, the world’s leader in AV system integration, is gearing up for its first live demo of the highly anticipated Microsoft Surface Hub at the company’s Denver open house September 16, 2015.
Tabbed by many industry experts as the future of workplace meetings, Microsoft Surface Hub, is equipped with an 84-inch touch screen display with motion-tracking technology, and can be used as a digital whiteboard while sharing screen notes with remote participants. The innovation, also available in a 55-inch model, was designed to encourage collaboration and increase productivity in the modern workplace.

In addition to the unveiling of Microsoft Surface Hub, AVI-SPL will feature state-of-the-art products, effective solutions, and informative seminars from key partners, including: Crestron and Sharp discussing 4K technology, Epson highlighting Brightlink Pro, Christie and Biamp showcasing collaboration environments and systems, Samsung explaining the differences between consumer and commercial displays, as well as Polycom and Harman revealing today’s most effective workspaces, while giving a glimpse into the future of work environments.
The event will kick off at 8:30 a.m. MDT with a light breakfast, followed by the keynote presentation with AVI-SPL’s SVP of UCC and Video Services Joe Laezza discussing the ongoing transformation of the workplace. A prize drawing for a free Microsoft Surface Tablet and a pair of Extron speakers will conclude the event.
