John Zettel leads AVI-SPL by setting goals, shaping and sharing company values, and helping plan the strategy that keeps AVI-SPL providing the industry’s best AV and collaboration solutions and services. He works closely with the executive leadership to develop goals, plans, and policies.
Dale is the global head of sales and marketing for AVI-SPL, applying more than 17 years of sales and operations leadership to his role. Dale works closely with his teams to align the AVI-SPL brand with our go-to-market approach and the ever-evolving needs of our customers. He champions customer experience, enabling the sales organization to deliver better outcomes for our customers' complex collaboration needs with a focus on delivering a consistent and scalable end-user experience. Dale is passionate about sales strategy, customer relationship building, and program development.
Katie has worked closely with companies to develop workplace strategies, incorporating multiple perspectives by engaging employees and leaders through the process. Katie knows how to align culture, work practices, technology and business strategies to help clients achieve their workplace goals, and has experience developing and leading change management programs to support a successful transition.
Mr. Rocca is a subject matter expert in assisting companies with portfolio strategy, location footprint, site selection, workplace strategy, and economic incentive negotiations. He works with companies to design and implement business strategy, portfolio management, and develop occupancy strategy.
Kathryn Roche leads Western Canada Consulting for JLL and is a physical design and strategy consultant, specialized in real estate. Kathryn brings to the table experience as design strategist focused on the real estate master planning and the design of physical space for competitive advantage. Kathryn has lead various projects including the design master-planning of corporate campuses, disaster recovery, data centre design, call centre master planning, TV/Radio design, and the application and study of user parametrics. She believes that the design and curation of the physical space can aid in the culture-shaping of firms for competitive advantage.
