Dale is the global head of sales and marketing for AVI-SPL, applying more than 17 years of sales and operations leadership to his role. Dale works closely with his teams to align the AVI-SPL brand with our go-to-market approach and the ever-evolving needs of our customers. He champions customer experience, enabling the sales organization to deliver better outcomes for our customers' complex collaboration needs with a focus on delivering a consistent and scalable end-user experience.  Dale is passionate about sales strategy, customer relationship building, and program development.

Katie has worked closely with companies to develop workplace strategies, incorporating multiple perspectives by engaging employees and leaders through the process. Katherine Williams has over twenty years experience in developing and implementing complex workplace strategies domestically and internationally. She has been successful leading large workplace change initiatives, building teams and influencing at all levels of an organization. Her past experience as the Accountable Lead for a large workplace strategy change enables her to create strong relationships with teams facing similar changes.
