[Tampa, FL, US] – [Monday, January 6, 2025] – AVI-SPL, a leading global provider of digital enablement solutions, is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of ICAP Global (ICAP), an industry-leading provider of audiovisual (AV) and unified communications and collaboration (UCC) technology solutions with locations across Latin America and in Spain.
The merger of AVI-SPL and ICAP creates the market-leading provider of AV, UCC, workplace management, and experience technology able to serve customers worldwide. With the addition of ICAP operations, AVI-SPL has widened its reach in global Spanish-speaking markets and deepened its ability to serve clients there locally.
