Electronics Recycling

We don’t just recycle our e-waste – we refurbish and donate it. In the U.S., all IT assets at the end of their useful life are collected, sorted, and decommissioned by our partner eSmart Recycling.

Anything that can be repaired, from laptops to monitors and other electronics, gets a new life in a community charity.

Looking ahead

Our ESG goals now through 2025

  1. Reduce the intensity of global Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions per sq. ft. of real estate space by 10% from 2023 to 2025.
  2. Reduce absolute fuel consumed by all AVI-SPL fleet vehicles by 10% annually from 2023 to 2025.
  3. Address high-impact product lifecycle management opportunities in our supply chain with an AVI-SPL Supplier Sustainability Matrix.
  4. Expand e-waste electronics recycling services to customers of all U.S. locations by 2025.
  5. Increase the diversity of the AVI-SPL global workforce, including increasing the gross % of women employees by at least one percentage point annually from 2023 to 2025.
  6. Increase employee participation in the annual “AVI-SPL Gives Back” month by 10% annually, based on the number of charitable activities.
  7. Increase % of employees who voluntarily complete cybersecurity training by 20% in 2024 2023.
