AVI-SPL Selected by GDIT as Subcontractor to Provide AV and Collaboration Services for U.S. Army Europe and Africa

AVI-SPL, a global leader in digital enablement and unified communications, announced today that General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) has selected the company as a subcontractor for audiovisual, collaboration, and integrated meeting space services under GDIT’s $1.25 billion Enterprise Mission Information Technology Services 2 (EMITS-2) task order.

Under this subcontract, AVI-SPL will deliver end-to-end AV and meeting room infrastructure to support U.S. Army Europe and Africa. This work will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable meeting environments that enable real-time decision-making and coordination across geographically dispersed units and mission partners.

Awarded in September 2025, the contract has a five-month transition phase and seven option years. The contract supports U.S. Army Europe and Africa headquarters, subordinate organizations, NATO, and allied mission partners.

AVI-SPL’s expertise aligns with GDIT’s efforts to modernize U.S. Army Europe and Africa’s mission-critical systems and enhance operational readiness.
