AVI-SPL Brings Immersive Innovation to InfoComm 2025 in Orlando

AVI-SPL marked a successful showing at this year’s InfoComm in Orlando, delivering a hands-on, immersive experience that highlighted the intersection of creativity, collaboration, and AV technology. Guided by the theme “Dare to Dream,” the AVI-SPL booth attracted a steady flow of attendees from across the AV, education, and enterprise sectors, including existing customers, partners, and first-time visitors. 

The booth was designed to go beyond static displays – offering attendees interactive experiences that demonstrated AVI-SPL’s solutions in action.

Spotlight Experiences at InfoComm 2025

• XTG Immersive Theater: Visitors engaged with a showcase of what’s possible when design, storytelling, and technology converge. The theater illustrated how immersive environments can be used across industries for impactful communication and engagement. 
• VR Design Experience: This fully interactive area allowed guests to step into virtual models of meeting rooms, classrooms, and executive spaces. The experience brought AVI-SPL’s design capabilities to life and sparked meaningful conversations about the planning and user experience stages of AV projects. 
• Symphony Command Center: Live demos and visual walk-throughs of the AVI-SPL Symphony platform demonstrated how organizations can manage their global AV and UC environments more efficiently. New AI tools and enhanced analytics features drew significant interest throughout the event. 
• Tech Talks: AVI-SPL hosted a series of short-form sessions on topics including artificial intelligence, unified communications and collaboration (UCC), sustainability, managed services, and AV monitoring. These talks provided a forum for thoughtful discussion and peer learning. 

Connection & Community

In addition to the technology showcases, the booth featured dedicated spaces for networking and informal conversations. The coffee bar offered a comfortable spot for attendees to recharge and connect, while an end-of-day Happy Hour encouraged continued discussion and relationship building.
