The work of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs feels most concrete when you can see it taking shape in real decisions, real operations, and real results. That’s what you’ll see when you read our latest impact report recounting the steps taken and results achieved in 2025.

Our 2026 ESG Impact Report shows how AVI-SPL continued turning intention into action through companywide initiatives, larger and stronger data sets, and direct support of our customers’ own sustainability goals. Our ESG strategy has become more embedded, more measurable, and more useful to the business and the stakeholders who count on us. The progress shows up in how we reduce fuel and energy use, how we strengthen supply chain engagement, how we support customers with lower-impact solutions, and how we think about long-term climate action.

Turning progress into stronger performance

Real progress shows up when growth and efficiency move in the same direction. In 2025, AVI-SPL continued building a more disciplined, data-driven approach to environmental performance, reducing impact across our operations while sharpening visibility into the parts of our value chain where future gains matter most.

This year’s results included:

  • More than 20% reduction in GHG emissions intensity from our 2023 baseline while growing the company by more than 10%
  • 8% of global electricity as renewable through high-quality, market-based renewable energy certificates with guarantees of origin, marking the formal start of our transition to a zero-carbon energy future
  • 81% of total emissions concentrated in Purchased Goods and Services, highlighting where supplier collaboration and product-level data matter most
  • Business travel emissions reduced to roughly half of 2024 levels
  • Lower emissions from employee commuting
  • Continued reductions in upstream and downstream transportation and distribution

Taken together, these results show a company becoming more precise about where emissions happen, more proactive in reducing fuel and energy use, and more focused on the value chain levers that will define long-term decarbonization success.

A more mature approach to decarbonization

One of the clearest signs of progress this year is how our climate strategy is maturing.

Our commitment to set Science Based Targets is helping us build a more disciplined path for reducing emissions in line with climate science and long-term business growth. At the same time, our REDD+ rainforest conservation project in Ecuador reflects how we are thinking more broadly about climate responsibility by supporting beyond value chain mitigation through the protection of critical natural systems.

Together, these actions represent a more integrated decarbonization strategy, one grounded first in operational reduction and improved carbon data, while also recognizing the importance of investing in high-integrity climate and nature solutions beyond our direct footprint.

Helping customers move forward, too

Because AVI-SPL sits at a critical point in the technology value chain, we have a real responsibility and opportunity to help shape better outcomes through technology solution design, logistics, supplier engagement, and end-of-life services.

In 2025, we continued expanding the ways we support customers in turning sustainability goals into action, including:

  • Eco-Friendly Reference Designs that support lower-impact technology decisions with verified criteria
  • Electronics Recycling Services that simplify responsible, traceable e-waste management
  • Supplier sustainability insights published on our website to improve transparency across the technology supply chain
  • Stronger GHG emissions data and reporting to help customers make more informed decisions

Customers are increasingly translating sustainability priorities into broader resilience strategies that strengthen long-term business performance. That means they are looking for partners who can support those long-term goals with clear, defensible, and auditable data, not just good intentions. This is where we believe AVI-SPL can add real value.

Looking ahead

There is still more work to do, and that is exactly the point. We are continuing to strengthen the systems, partnerships, and data that support long-term ESG performance.

That includes improving Scope 3 accuracy through product carbon footprint data, deepening supplier accountability, increasing supply chain efficiency, and expanding customer-facing solutions that support more sustainable technology decisions. It also includes continuing our progress toward science-based emissions reductions while thoughtfully investing in climate action beyond our value chain.

Sustainability is becoming a more important part of how companies operate, compete, and grow. We believe the best way forward is through transparency, innovation, and practical action.

Our 2026 ESG Impact Report reflects that approach — and the progress we’re making to help customers succeed, people thrive, and the planet flourish.
