Dale Bottcher has been named Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), transitioning from his role as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. With a remarkable 21-year career at AVI-SPL, Dale has consistently driven exceptional revenue growth with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion, leveraging his expertise in building high-performing sales and marketing teams. Tim Riek has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) from his position as Executive Vice President of Technology and Services. With over two decades at AVI-SPL, Tim has played a critical role in shaping the company’s solutions platform – enabling adjacent technology offerings, enhancing our industry-leading service portfolio, and driving expansion into new markets, including Asia and LATAM.
