Three AVI-SPL figures named to Commercial Integrator’s 40 Influencers Under 40 List

AVI-SPL is proud to celebrate three members of its team who have been named to Commercial Integrator’s 40 Influencers Under 40, Class of 2026: Brandon Brunhammer, Irma Karpaviciute and Brandon Lee Paarfus. The annual recognition highlights rising professionals who are making a meaningful impact on the commercial audiovisual industry. 

The recognition reflects the depth of talent and diverse expertise across AVI-SPL. Brunhammer, director of enterprise broadcast and simulation, brings extensive experience in AV technology, broadcast integration, simulation and immersive learning. His work has helped organizations leverage advanced technology for applications ranging from corporate communications to medical simulation and higher education.  

Karpaviciute, based in AVI-SPL UK & Ireland, has emerged as a passionate advocate for connection, inclusion and the next generation of AV talent, while also taking on new leadership opportunities across the industry. Her recent involvement with AVIXA’s Women in AV initiatives reflects her commitment to helping create a stronger, more connected community within her industry. 

Paarfus, a regional warehouse manager, represents the forward-thinking, mission-driven leadership that continues to shape AVI-SPL’s success. He has implemented world-class warehousing strategies that have strengthened the Global Supply Chain team’s regional operations while establishing a framework that can help guide future warehousing initiatives across the organization. 

Together, the three honorees demonstrate the many ways emerging leaders are influencing the AV industry. Their recognition underscores the importance of empowering talented professionals to take on new challenges and help shape what comes next for AV.
