AVI-SPL Earns Cisco Powered Meeting Rooms Specialization

AVI-SPL has achieved the Cisco Powered Meeting Rooms Specialization, a designation recognizing our ability to design, deploy and manage Cisco meeting room environments at scale. 

The specialization demonstrates AVI-SPL’s capabilities across the full meeting room service lifecycle, from solution design and deployment to ongoing monitoring, support and lifecycle management. It provides customers with confidence that their meeting room environments can be supported by a partner whose processes and capabilities have been independently validated by Cisco.

Validating the Full Meeting Room Experience 

Earning the specialization required AVI-SPL to complete a comprehensive Cisco audit covering key areas of meeting room delivery and managed services. The successful evaluation included pre-sales and solution design, onboarding and activation, monitoring and lifecycle management, incident and service request management, interoperability across platforms, room scheduling integration and documented service management practices.
