HP Dimension with Google Beam creates immersive 3D video meetings that give conversations a stronger sense of presence. This immersive technology is built around a simple idea: help people experience more natural, face-to-face connections, regardless of distance.
AVI-SPL is officially partnering with Google and HP to deliver HP Dimension with Google Beam to global markets. You can purchase Google Beam through AVI-SPL, with the expertise to help you deploy and support it across your organization.
Google Beam uses AI, advanced imaging, and a light field display to create a realistic 3D meeting experience. Instead of looking at a traditional flat video window, you experience the person on the other end with greater depth and presence.
That can change the dynamics of conversations where personal connection matters.
Consider an executive meeting between leaders in different countries. A job interview with a high-value candidate. A strategy session between colleagues who normally travel to meet in person. Google Beam can give these interactions a more personal quality without requiring everyone to be in the same room.
The full Google Beam immersive experience, with Google Meet or Zoom, gives organizations more flexibility in how they deploy the technology. Google Beam also features additional standard meeting interoperability options for Microsoft and Cisco, among other platforms.
That flexibility is particularly valuable for enterprises with established collaboration standards. You can explore Google Beam without necessarily changing the meeting platform your teams already use. AVI-SPL has hands-on experience with Google Meet and Zoom deployments, including installing two Google Beam systems at Zoom headquarters.
Google Beam does not have to be deployed in every meeting room to make an impact.
You might start with systems in key executive offices or major corporate locations. A global enterprise could also create a network of Beam-enabled spaces across regional offices. That way, you’ll give leaders and teams more opportunities for immersive conversations without increasing travel.
AVI-SPL has seen how this approach is already shaping early deployments. Organizations are considering everything from a handful of systems to larger global rollouts, with Google Beam systems distributed across multiple physical locations.
For IT leaders, that raises an important question beyond the technology itself: How do you deploy and support Google Beam as part of your broader collaboration environment?
We’re a Global Google Workspace Partner and bring established Google collaboration expertise to your deployment.
That means your Google Beam strategy can extend beyond purchasing the hardware. AVI-SPL can help you plan your deployment, install the systems, manage commissioning, and provide ongoing support.
Our team includes Google Beam certified technicians in the U.S., Canada, UK, and Europe.
You can schedule a Google Beam demonstration at AVI-SPL’s Orlando and Chicago-area locations today, and in our Tampa office later this year. We can also help coordinate demonstrations at select Google, HP, or Zoom locations, giving you the opportunity to experience a live Beam meeting firsthand.
Google offers more demo locations through the Google Beam Roadshow. Scheduled stops include Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Atlanta, Georgia; Bridgewater, New Jersey; and more cities coming soon.
During your demo, you can explore the experience and talk with AVI-SPL about where Google Beam could deliver the most value for your organization.
Google Beam was available for general purchase as of September 23. Contact AVI-SPL to schedule your Google Beam demo.
