Corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the B2B tech industry shows a company’s commitment to supporting employees, communities, and the environment. There are a variety of ways a company can partake in CSR initiatives, and the TrustRadius 2023 Tech Cares Awards recognizes those who have gone above and beyond to do so.
Areas of focus for the 2023 Tech Cares Awards were:
- Volunteerism
- Robust diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Charitable donations and fundraising
- Workplace culture, including support for remote and in-office employees
